Paris Hilton Will Be Eligible For An Early Release

Hotel Heiress Paris Hilton will reportedly be eligible for an early release from jail when she starts serving her 45 day prison term next month.

The troubled socialite, 26, will serve time in a Californian correctional facility, after she was found guilty last week, of violating her probation order and driving with a suspended license, of which she claimed to have no knowledge of doing.

Despite the judge telling the former "pop star" that she'd have to serve the full 45 days of her sentence behind bars, various reports are today suggesting that she will be allowed out six days early - if she is on her best behaviour, according to TMZ.
Paris is hoping to avoid jail time altogether, and has already filed an appeal against Friday's ruling.
