Fresh Phil Spector claims heard

Phil Spector was "not his usual self" in the build up to Lana Clarkson's death, a court has heard.
School friend Rommie Davis told the murder trial in Los Angeles that she was concerned about his behaviour during a dinner date hours earlier because he was allegedly drinking and taking medication.
On February 2 2003 when Ms Clarkson died, Ms Davis claims that she told Mr Spector he should not be drinking, but he ordered two drinks before dinner.
She added: "I was very concerned about him. He was not his usual self. He was not interested in what I had to say ... In all the time I went out with him he was great fun to be with ... This weekend the behaviour was totally different."
Under cross-examination, Ms Davis later said she did not remember whether Mr Spector finished both drinks and she did not know whether he was drunk.
She also said she never saw him in possession of a gun and he never threatened her.
The court heard that Mr Spector later took her home and continued his evening with Kathy Sullivan at the House Of Blues nightclub.
When she said she wanted to leave, Ms Sullivan said Mr Spector seemed annoyed and enlisted Ms Clarkson, who was a waitress at the venue, to help her into a car.
