Guy Ritchie starts works on a new film

Guy Ritchie
His career may have taken a nosedive since marrying Madonna, but Guy Ritchie is hoping to get back to what he knows best with a new gangster flick.

"Mr Madonna" will write, produce and direct the low-budget film "RockN'Rolla" later this summer, it's been reported.

He shot to notoriety with movies like: Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch, but since then the director has seen little screen success since settling down with Queen of Pop Madonna.

It was a run of luck that began with the couple collaborating on the disastrous Swept Away which was much derided by film critics.

Guy has failed to emulate his earlier success ever since and follow-up Revolver was also a critical disaster.

Guy Ritchie, 38, is currently working on a crime drama, Suspect, for US TV.

While making this Rock 'N

While making this Rock 'N Rolla movie Guy
Richie & his gang are driving local residents
of Fitzrovia mad with noise till well into the
night, while they cut & splice the movie.
Our reporter reveals
"We welcomed them to the area, & this is how they
repay us", one resident said. "Its hot at night, so
we can't even close our windows against the onslaught
of repetitious sound".........."this is a densly populated
area - why did they choose here to work at night?"
