Lindsay Lohan being sued by photographer

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan and her mom, Dina, are being sued by Giovanni Arnold, a freelance photographer who claimed that the Lohan ran her BMW into him while leaving a nightclub in New York in March.

Arnold’s attorney, Marc Mauser, said that his client is seeking unspecified monetary damages “for his pain and suffering and his lost wages.”

The lawsuit, filed in the Bronx, alleges, that after leaving the club the “Georgia Rule” Lindsay took the wheel of her mother’s car and slammed the vehicle into reverse, With Arnold standing directly in front of the BMW Lindsay then put the car in drive and knocked the photographer onto the hood and dumped him on the ground.

As a result of the accident Arnold further claims that he “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries” and that the mother-daughter duo were “negligent, careless and reckless.”

A statement has not yet been issued by either Lindsay or Dina Lohan who now have 30 days to respond to the lawsuit.
