David Beckham looking forward to life in America

Soccer star David Beckham apparently hasn't seen his luxurious new LA mansion, and he's admitted that his wife, Bulimic Beckham has been doing the hard work organizing their new life in the US.

At an award show in London, Beckham admitted he hadn't visited his new home, saying: "I've only seen pictures and a video of it so Victoria's the one who's taking control.

"She's gone over there and found the house and the schools. She's doing all the hard work decorating, obviously not literally decorating."

Despite not seeing the house in Beverley Hills personally Beckham is still clearly sure that he's got the right home for his family. He said: "We wanted a house that's comfortable for the boys and is very private and we've got that."

Luckily for the famous couple, they won't be alone in their neighborhood, land as their A-list pals are just down the road.

David also admitted: "I think it's always nice to move somewhere and have friends there already and we've got that with Tom [Cruise] and Katie [Holmes] and Mark [Antony] and Jennifer [Lopez] as well."
