Katie Holmes to sue her porn counterpart
Katie Holmes could soon be battling it out in a courtroom with her porn counterpart "Katee Holmes", in a battle to keep her name out of filthy movies.
Apparently the aspiring porn starlet Katee Holmes elected to change her name as a tribute to Katie Holmes but the 28-year-old wife of Tom Cruise is a little pissed off with the gesture.
Now Katie Holmes is threatening legal action against the 18-year-old fashion student Katee, who has expressed a desire to lose her virginity in her film debut.
Those in the Katie camp have called the name change “a really cheap shot†and a spokeswoman for Cruise said “Obviously, Tom would support Katie in anything she decides to do about it.â€
