Lindsay Lohan to record another album

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has unfortunately confirmed that she is to release a new album, despite her last pop offering falling out of the charts quicker than an old woman falling down the stairs.

In spite of the critical slating surrounding her last album "A Little More Personal (Raw)", which was released in 2005- the star is still determined to storm the world of music with an "urban pop" compilation.

Lohan told MTV News: "We'll start in probably June or July and take four months."

Lohan's debut album Speak reached number four on the US Billboard album charts in 2004, while A Little More Personal (Raw) only managed to reach number 20.
