Michael Jackson denies that he's going to tour Europe

June 29 2007

Pop "Superstar" Michael Jackson has dismissed reports that he is to embark on a tour of Europe, insisting he has no plans to hit the road anytime soon.

The singer was alleged to have given up on plans to relaunch his career in Las Vegas, opting to perform a series of live dates in Europe and the Far East instead.

But the pop star claims the reports are all false, as he is busy working on his forthcoming album.
His representative, Raymone Bain, tells Access Hollywood, "Despite reports to the contrary, Mr. Jackson is currently in the studio putting finishing touches on his music."

I've heard about Michael

I've heard about Michael Jacksons plans to do Vegas and then opted for Europe but you see I've heard that the problem is not that he doesn't want to get out on the road but that since everyone in the world has gotten wind of his financial problems the promoters don't want to meet his asking price or his tour demands. They feel like he's in desperate need of the money and can take advantage of him now that he's down and maximize their own profitability. Those are the whispers I'm getting.
