Mel B marrying Film Producer

Spice Girl Melanie Brown shows that she has already gotten over US comedian and actor Eddie Murphy by dating film producer Stephen Belafonte. And she already has plans to marry him.

Ms Brown has been going out with Belafonte since her split with Murphy and says she is ready to wed for a second time. "He's the love of my life and i am going to marry him." Brown said.

Mel, who was stuck in a bitter lawsuit/paternity battle with Murphy over her daughter Angel Iris, says Belafonte has accepted the three-month-old as his own child. She then added: "Stephen's been a godsend. Eddie hasn't been in touch once since i had the baby, it's unbelievable. But Stephen has been a tower of strength."

In 1998 Ms Brown married Dutch dancer Jimmy Gulzar and had a daughter together called Phoenix Chi, now 9.
