Prince advises Michael Jackson on how to save his career

Troubled pop singer Michael Jackson is now taking advice from former chart rival Prince on how he can resurrect his failing music career.
The oddball singer reportedly turned to Prince, who he battled for pop supremacy in the 80s, for help with his comeback.
Prince is said to have told Michael to play a series of acoustic shows in Las Vegas to prove to the world he is still an amazing talent.
A source close to the two singers told newspaper The New York Post that "Prince has been suggesting that Michael play a sequence of unplugged concerts in Las Vegas - just Michael and the microphone. No gimmicks, no costume changes, no smoke or mirrors, just his voice."
It seems Prince has had a change of heart towards Wacky Jacky, as earlier this year, he snubbed Michael's offer of a joint tour, which would help him re-launch himself on the world stage.
Prince was said to be concerned that the hype surrounding Michael's comeback would over-shadow the actual concerts, and he wasn't prepared to be Michael's support act.

It's a good idea and I think
It's a good idea and I think it should be done. I've always thought it would be a good move for Michael to do something different, effective, yet so simple with his music.
Prince is right about Mike
Prince is right about Mike doing an unplugged show. But Mike also needs to go back to basics and put out some really solid R&B records. He's gotten to big for his britches and needs to eat some humble pie for a little while. He actually bought into the hype of being this FANTABULOUS star, greater than all the others and forgot to remember that he's simply a man! I can sing and dance too and the only reason I'm not where he's at is that he was BLESSED!I'm blessed too just not in that way! Michael, your'e a great talent but not the greatest that ever lived. One day someone is going to come along with a record that outsells Thriller and then what? Besides in my personal opinion the greatest talent that ever lived was Sammy Davis, Jr., and you pale in comparison to his talents! I'm not saying this out of spite Mike, but out of love, come back down to earth. Apologize to Tommy Mottola and give back the Beatles song catalog to the remaining members and their families. And return to making good R&B music. We'll be waiting for you when you do.
i dont think mike will ever
i dont think mike will ever be able to rebuild his career.. he'l never be the man he once was in the publics eye.
i think u are right.i ffeel
i think u are right.i ffeel the same way too.theres a peak that a great artist reaches and he cant be great again.he has already done it nothing left to proof.i dont think theres ever gonna be athat old michael again, its best for him to retire now nad take his glory .plus we get older nothing really stays the same you know.james brown was like that too.no one can actually be in one postion forever. if you where worth 3 million in 2005 it wont always be the the same later on.eighter you'll later have more or loose some.thats life.but i love michal for life he's done it.
