Lindsay Lohan Busted for DUI .... again!

Lindsay Lohan got busted again for drunk driving. Early this morning - she was stopped after police responded to a report of one car chasing another. Lindsay was driving the chasing car, a white Denali.

The troubled actress was stopped, and immediately suspected of driving under the influence. She was given a sobriety test and failed with a blood alcohol level between .12 and .13, which is well over California’s legal limit of .08.

This is Lohan’s second DUI in less than three months. The ‘Mean Girls’ star checked into rehab after a hit and run/DUI charge and was booked for the incident only last week. The 21-year-old is due in court on August 24 to face those charges.

She was recently released from rehab and volunteered to wear a "SCRAM" alcohol monitoring bracelet after her release. After Lohan failed her sobriety test, police searched her and found cocaine in her pocket. She was arrested and taken to jail.

Lindsay is charged with “possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility and driving on a suspended license.” Lohan’s bail has been set for $25k and she is reportedly in the process of being released.
