Lindsay Lohan Embroiled in another legal mess

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is in the middle of yet another complicated legal battle after she ignored a letter from a motorist who was claimed to be "intimidated" by the actress' bodyguard during a traffic altercation in April.

Signe Dupuy is considering filing suit against Lohan and her minder Jazman Bennett after the bodyguard cut her vehicle off on a Los Angeles street, while attempting to follow the Mean Girls star and perform an illegal U-turn.

Dupuy claims Lohan performed a lane-changing U-turn right in front of her and then Bennett's black SUV cut her off as he attempted to follow his charge, according to TMZ.com.

Dupuy, whose car then collided with the SUV's back wheel, recalls Bennett being "hostile" and trying "to intimidate" her as she attempted to take his insurance details, which she claims he lied about.

Days after the collision, Dupuy penned a letter to Lohan's rep trying to "settle the situation," but says she hasn't heard back. The actress' aide admits she received the letter.
