Shemar Moore
'Criminal Minds' Actor Shemar Moore has been told that he has to carry out 80 hours worth of community service after pleading no contest to speeding charges in Los Angeles.

Shemar was also placed on probation for 36 months after he was caught racing at 65 miles-per-hour along a city street in June this year.

Drink-driving charges against Moore were dropped as part of the actor's plea deal.

Moore also had to defend pictures of himself naked on a gay beach which called people to question Shemar's sexuality.

But the star stated that he isn't gay and was in fact on holiday with two female friends. He went on to claim that he believed they were on a uni-sex nudist beach.

However the star has no problem with the revealing shots.

The former model is best known for his role as Malcolm Wintern from 1994 - 2002 in The program Young and the Restless, but currently he plays the role of FBI Special Agent Derek Morgan in the hit series Criminal Minds.
