Angelina Jolie's doctor worried about her dramatic weight loss

Angelina Jolie is continuing to worry partner Brad Pitt - her health seems to be taking a downward spiral, due to the grief she is expressing from losing her mother. Jolie is also allegedly upset with Pitt because their latest film "A Mighty Heart" didn't do as well as she had hoped. Her doctor is concerned about her weight loss and wants to put the actress on a course of medication.

"She blames her sadness on her mother's death, but Brad worries that the cause is something deeper," friend claims. Jolie is reportedly suffering from mood swings, sleeplessness and no appetite.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have four children, three adopted and one biological. The couple are reportedly experiencing relationship problems over Brad's ex-wife Jennifer Aniston.
