Lindsay Lohan
Last week, Lindsay Lohan was busted for yet another DUI offense after she chased another car in an SUV that didn't belong to her, and now the victims of Lohan's silly little games are considering pressing false imprisonment and stolen vehicle charges.

Malibu police got a call last Monday night, that a vehicle was being chased by another. Police then pulled Lindsay over in a white SUV. She was suspected of drinking and driving and was given a sobriety test, which she failed. Lindsay was also charged with possession of marijuana after police found some in the pocket of her pants. Lindsay Lohan claims she was wearing someone else's pants, and the drugs didn't belong to her.

Meanwhile, the man whose foot was ran over by Lohan in the SUV; is threatening to sue Lindsay. Ronnie Blake was inside the SUV when Lohan got behind the wheel without permission and began chasing her assistant, Tarin Grahame, through the streets. Blake was lucky enough to get out of the SUV before the chase began but his two friends, Dante Nigro and Jakon Sutter, were 'held hostage' inside as Lohan raced through the streets.

"It was a surprise to them that the vehicle was taken without their permission. They were unable to remove themselves from the vehicle while it was traveling, They never expected to be in a car with her (Lindsay)," said Randall Billington, the lawyer the trio hired. If they press charges, Blake is seeking damages for his injuries, while Nigro and Sutter are considering false imprisonment and stolen vehicle charges.
