Nicole Richie will be stripped bare in jail

Socialite Nicole Richie was recently told that she'd have to serve 96 hours in jail after she pleaded guilty to DUI charges. Richie, who is rumored to be pregnant with rocker Joel Maddon's, entered court on his arm the other week, and whilst in the courtroom, she stood quietly as the judge sentenced her to jail time. Jail will be anything but glamorous for Richie. She can wear most of her own cloths while serving her time, but items such as high heels, under-wire bras, shoelaces, and belts are not allowed.

"She's not gonna be coming in here wearing and miniskirt and pumps," said police Sgt. Thor Merich. "We pretty much go bare minimum."
Nicole was given a choice of serving time in a city or county jail. Prosecutors say she will serve her time in a city jail.

Richie, who is still fueling rumors that she's pregnant with Joel Madden's baby hasn't yet confirmed or denied the speculation. She is set to tell all in an interview with Diane Sawyer. The interview will be aired August 2 and 3.
