Spears' divorce finalised

Britney Spears' marriage to Kevin Federline has officially ended.

Scott Gordan, the Court Commissioner, signed orders to dissolution of marriage, custody of children and alimony in LA yesterday.

Rumoured in the press, the pair will share custody with their two sons, 10-month-old Jayden James and 22-month-old Sean Preston; Federline is seeking spousal support.

However, Spears' attorney Laura Wasser refused to reveal details of their divorce agreement, merely saying: "They are divorced. Everything is finalised."
