Britney Spears accused of threatening to kill a man

25-year-old Spears allegedly told a photographer, Andrew Deetz, "I am going to kill you" after he snapped pictures of her as she was leaving a spa in Las Vegas.

Deetz has claimed that the threat came shortly after one of Spears' bodyguards attacked him and a fellow photographer, Kyle Henderson. According to witnesses the bodyguard tackled Deetz and then punched and kicked him until security was able to pull him off.

After the scuffle Spears ran towards Henderson and threw a baby bottle at him and then turned to Deetz and warned I am going to kill you. Spears then told Deetz he should seek a restraining order against her since she planned on killing him or hiring someone to do it for her.

Deetz is now preparing to sue Britney Spears.
