Nicole Richie to serve in same prison as Paris Hilton

Pregnant socialte Nicole Richie is to serve her jail time in the same prison as Paris Hilton, when she spent 23 days behind bars.

Nicole was given the choice of what jail she wanted serve her time, which is said to be around 90 hours.

Nicole Richie was sentenced to a fine and time in jail after she was found guilty of her second DUI offense.

Richie could have chosen a 'private jail' which is much nicer than Lynwood, but she must serve the entire sentence, and at Lynwood, She's got a chance of getting out early due to overcrowding.

Prison spokesman Steve Whitmore confirmed Richie's choice.
