Kevin Federline files for primary custody of his and Britney Spears' two sons

Ex-husband of Britney Spears, Kevin Federline, has filed for physical primary custody for his two sons, which at the time being, are being shared 50/50 between him and Spears.

However, her recent wild behavior has led Federline to fear for the safety of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Less than two weeks ago when they had officially divorced, the pair signed a 50/50 custody agreement, despite the father being reluctant.

Now, Federline is desperate to get his kids away from his ex-wife, claiming that the star has caused an "unnecessary risk" for the two children.

Spears spent time in rehab this year, shaved her head, and is seen out partying almost every night. The singer recently raised concerns for the well being of her sons when she reportedly asked to get one of the toddlers teeth whitened. The pop singer was also involved in a hit and run accident, her being the running party, and was photographed topless in a pool making out with a 21-year-old college guy.
