Mel B married Stephen Belafonte secretly in June

Melanie Brown, better known as Scary Spice, married her boyfriend Stephen Belafonte in Las Vegas, according to reports.

A quick ceremony to say the least, but why the privacy?

According to Brown's representative, there was no reason other than "valuing their privacy". Other than that, the pair are "very much in love" and "very happy".

Mel B and Belafonte have been close friends for sometime, but only recently has their friendship "developed into a loving relationship".

Brown was scheduled to appear on Wednesday nights Larry King Live show but canceled due to her and Angel Iris being sick. Brown planned to discuss her ongoing paternity battle with Murphy. Brown's rep says she is trying to reschedule the interview.
