Nicole Richie - rushed to hospital - possible miscarriage?

Nicole Richie has been rushed to hospital because of excessive bleeding, in fear that the "Simple Life" star might have had a miscarriage.

Richie recently announced she was 4 months pregnant with "Good Charlotte" band member Joel Madden.

The 25-year-old has been the victim of eating disorders, and the public eye has contemplated on her anorexia for sometime. However, the star insisted that she would be forced to eat healthily to maintain the well-being of herself and her baby.

But after the possible miscarriage, her insistence has been put to waste!

The doctors reportedly said the socialite was suffering from nutritional deficiency. Richie didn't listen, and noticed bleeding, which have now caused fears about her baby's safety.

Doctors reassured Richie that her baby was safe, but encouraged her to give the baby more nutrition. Nicole was bleeding so much; it was really scary for her. They found out she's suffering from both a hormonal and nutritional deficiency, a source said.
