Michael and Dina Lohan finalize divorce

Michael and Dina Lohan, the parents of actress Lindsay Lohan, might finally be ending their long-drawn-out divorce. A judge has said that the couple's divorce could possibly be settled by next week.

In 2005 the couple was close to an agreement, but Michael Lohan was serving time in prison and facing other charges. Visitation rights between Michael and Dina are still being decided. The visitation agreement for their two youngest children is being decided by a Family Court judge. A family therapist has been ordered to review the family by September 6.

Lindsay was recently admitted into a rehab facility in Utah after she was charged with her second DUI this year. Lohan faces jail time and other charges including stolen vehicle and false imprisonment.

Lohan's former bodyguard is placing the blame of the Mean Girls star's recent troubles on her parents; claiming they let her drink and have under age sex. Michael is denying the accusations, saying that the bodyguard is trying to use his daughter to get money.
