Abbie Cornish laughs off Bond role claims

Australian actress Abbie Cornish has publicly denied being lined up with a Bond role. Reports have suggested that she would be one of the 'Bond Girls', alongside star Daniel Craig.

The 24-year-old beauty has laughed off reports and has claimed that she is shocked she has even been linked with the role.

Cornish's agent Belinda Maxwell says, "No, I can tell you that that information is not accurate. I can reiterate that that's not accurate information."

The next installment of the 007 series, Bond 22, is being shot in November, and released a year after.

Craig has already enjoyed the leading Bond role in recent success 'Casino Royale.

Craig went on to prove all his critics wrong and is enjoying the success that has followed which have included two roles alongside Nicole Kidman.
