Britney Spears' Assistant Subpoenaed by Kevin Federline's Attorney

Things seem to be heating up in the Britney Spears and Kevin Federline custody battle, after an assistant to the troubled pop star was subpoenaed by Kevin Federline's lawyers.

Britney's Cousin and Assistant, Alli Sims was subpoenaed in part because, as Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said, she was believed to have relevant information. What that information was and what it pertains to is unclear.

Spears and Federline officially divorced on July 30 but their agreement to share custody of their two children has been a hot issue among the media. It is believed that Federline may be making a play to receive full custody after Spears has continued to exhibit bizarre behavior over the past two months.
