Kevin Federline serves papers to Britney Spears' bodyguard
It looks like Britney Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline is getting serious about his custody battle with his ex-wfe, so serious in fact, that he is serving papers to people closest to Britney in relation with the battle. Firstly, Federline went for Spears' assistant & cousin Alli Sims' and now it's her bodyguard.
Sources have confirmed that Daimon Shippen, who Spears was once rumored to be dating, was given papers late Monday night. He was often spotted helping her care for the boys and a source confirmed that he was their bodyguard. Alli Sims was given hers at 2 a.m. on Sunday while partying with Spears. Sims is being asked to give an account to Spears mothering skills in court.
Earlier this month Sims claimed that Spears was a great mother and she is so hands-on.
As of now Britney and Kevin both have equal custody of their two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Their divorce had recently been finalized, but Federline was worried about the Spears was exposing the children to unnecessary risk.
Last week Federline filed for primary custody of the boys citing Spears as an unsuitable mother.

Gosh, when will people
Gosh, when will people realise!!! Typical male .. his wife gives him two children while she is also trying to keep a career.... the youngest is only one years old. For goodness sake, let her recover. Some one knock it into the heads of this family that Britney needs support, not attacks. If Britney has had a breakdown, then of course she would need support with her children ... ie Kevin take care of them, but while living with Britney!!!!! What a cop out as usual... another typical man. I guess she isn't fulfilling his needs and so he is off. Nice world we live in. Marriage is for better or for worse. Kevin should stick by Britney and support her till she gets through this period of time..... and she should not feel pressured by the public or by anyone to be making albums. Stop using this girl, the people that care about her... the fans that really care about her want her to get better, not drive kill herself. We don't expect any albums.. we just want her well and to know how much she is appreciated. When she is well, she will look back at all that she has done that everyone is frowning upon... but if you talk to any health doctor they will tell you that it isnt her fault. She is unwell and her illness is causing it. Probably deep depression too. Everyone should just back off and if left alone and given support, I know that she will be back ... but her family is more important than the music world. Let her raise her sons!
