Lindsay Lohan is being sued by "car chase" woman

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a woman claiming to have been in the car that Lohan was chasing. According to the woman in question, Trace Rice - she was in the Cadillac Escalade driven by Michelle Peck, who is the mother of Lohan's former assistant.

Rice said she was "convinced that their lives were in danger and that they had to out run the pursuing car or they might be killed. Rice also claims Peck drove through a barricade because she was so scared. The SUV ended up in a parking lot near the Santa Monica Police Station where the women got out of the car.

Lohan reportedly got out of the car she was driving and began running toward Rice. The suit claims that, "Police officers approached them with guns drawn."

Rice is seeking unspecified damages and payment of medical expenses. The suit says Rice is also suing Lohan for intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Lohan is currently residing in a Utah rehab facility where she is said to be "doing well".
