Britney Spears had a bisexual relationship with Shannon Funk

The story of Britney Spears' topless night with a college student is get even more twisted, as fresh rumors emerge about who went back to her hotel room with her that night. Troubled Britney had a topless make out session with 21-year-old Mike Encinias in the pool, and he admits going back to her room with her but says they didn't have sex. Instead, a source claims that Spears' former assistant Shannon Funk ended up in Spears room and they weren't just having girl talk.

"Instead of hooking up with him," a source says, "[Funk] ended up in Britny's room and bed."

A stylist who recently worked with Britney has said that they had noticed something unusual about Funk and Spears' relationship. "They seemed really in touch with each other, like they knew what each other wanted," The stylist says.

Funk and the pop singer had a fallout after only three weeks, and Funk was fired. She was recently served papers by Kevin Federline to appear in court and give a testimony about Spears mothering skills. Federline and Spears were recently divorced and are now battling over the custody of their two sons.

As of now the pair share joint custody of the two boys, but Kevin Federline is seeking primary custody; because he believes that Britney is unsuitable to care for their children. Spears' bodyguard was also subpoenaed by Federline.
