Lindsay Lohan released from rehab, Michael is furious

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has escaped rehab yet again, after photographs of her and a friend out and about have surfaced. The actress was spotted at a tanning salon where she bought a $20 spray on tan and other products.

21-year-old Lohan checked into a Utah rehab center earlier this month after she was charged with her second DUI in two months. Lindsay Lohan was pulled over early one morning after police believe that she was chasing another car in a SUV and failed a sobriety test. After searching her, police found cocaine in the pocket of her pants. The "Mean Girls" star insists that neither the pants nor the drugs where hers.

Lohan's father, Michael Lohan is furious that his daughter was released saying that she needed more time to fully conquer her alcohol problem. "Does (rehab center) Betty Ford let its people out? Absolutely not! I am upset about this. They should never let any patient out," he says.

Meanwhile, Lindsay is facing even more legal problems, as one of the women in the SUV she was chasing filed a lawsuit and is suing Lohan.
