Britney Spears leaves lawyers' office in tears

It looks Britney Spears custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline has turned nasty. The troubled pop singer was spotted leaving her lawyers office in tears on Wednesday after she meeting with her to discuss the case.

Spears and Federline became officially divorced last month and at the time agreed to joint custody of their two sons. Federline is now seeking primary custody of the boys claiming Spears is unsuitable to care for them. The singer has displayed some questionable behavior in recent weeks including a hit and run accident, asking a dentist to whiten her one year old's teeth, a topless romp in a pool with a college student, and most recently an alleged lesbian relationship with her former assistant.

Federline has subpoenaed her assistant Alli Sims, former assistant Shannon Funk, and her bodyguard Daimon Shippen to testify in court on her mothering skills.
