Michael & Dina Lohan reach divorce settlement

Michael and Dina Lohan's messy divorce battle is about to be over and the judge has commended them on their "extraordinary good judgment."

Terms of their agreement have not yet been released, but the divorce is expected to be official within the next 60 days. After the agreement on Friday, Michael Lohan told reporters, I wish Dina the best and I hope we can both move forward and put our best foot forward for the kids sake and just be good parents.

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been released from the Utah rehab facility that she checked into following her second DUI charge. When asked how their daughter was doing Dina said, "Fantastic."
