Amy Winehouse has escaped rehab for the second time, following her arrival on Thursday.

The 'Rehab' singer, who agreed to return to the Causeway clinic last Thursday on the condition her husband Blake Fielder-Civil was allowed to join her, left the Essex facility again on Sunday night following a series of heated rows with Blake.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "It is supposed to be a peaceful backdrop to help people deal with their problems. But Amy and Blake kept rowing and spoiling the ambience. While Amy would be welcomed back with open arms, I'm not sure they would say the same thing about Blake.

"This should be about Amy getting help - but too often it's all about Blake. He upset people in the Causeway with his behaviour. They spent half their time arguing. This just shows why the family are so desperate for her to get help without him."

Amy and Blake decided to go from their £10,000 retreat to a central London hotel.

The source added: "Everyone is worried that if they are let loose in London again they'll go straight back to their old habits."
