Justin Timberlake has been seen 'flirting' with an unknown brunette in New York.

The 'SexyBack' singer was seen spending time with a stranger at an HBO Party in the Tribeca Grand Hotel.

Currently dating Jessica Biel, Timberlake was spotted by an on-looker, who told the 'New York Post': "Justin was sitting with a bronze-skinned brunette with long brown hair all night at a cocktail table near the dance floor. They were obviously into each other. It was just the two of them and he had no entourage at all."

A representative for Timberlake said: "I have no comment on his personal life."

A recent report claimed that Justin was making plans to move in with Jessica.
