According to recent reports, the socialite has said that she will not be marrying Madden. Recent reports have suggested that Richie was hoping to marry the "Good Charlotte" front man before the birth of their first child. The couple recently confirmed that Richie was four months pregnant - and since then, wedding rumors have spread like wildfire.

Richie reportedly said she was desperate to get married to Madden before she had to serve her four day jail sentence and before the baby was born this winter.
