Paris Hilton settles lawsuit

Reality TV star Paris Hilton has settled her defamation lawsuit with diamond heiress Zeta Graff.

During a court hearing in Santa Monica, California this morning, lawyers for the socialites settled the case, although details of the settlement are unknown and the paperwork has yet to arrive at the Superior Court.

Graff launched her $10 million suit against Hilton in 2005 after the hotel heiress told the New York Post newspaper Graff attacked her in a nightclub.
