Britney's former manager in hiding
Britney Spear's former manager is in 'hiding' in a bid to avoid Kevin Federline's legal team.
Rudolph was fired by the Toxic singer in 2004, reinstated to the position in November 2006, and fired from his job earlier this year.
In a phonecall, Rudolph told U.S. reporter Billy Bush, "(I'm) on vacation.
Hiding from Kevin's processors. When I come back, I'm sure they'll find me."
Spears' former bodyguard Damien Shippen, her former assistant Shannon Funk, friend Alli Simms and staff at the Promises rehabilitation centre have already been subpoenaed in the case.
Spears and Federline are still battling over custody of Sean Preston, 23 months and 11-month-old Jayden James.
