R Kelly plans a new tour...after trial
Popular singer R Kelly has planned ahead, as far as after his trial for 'child pornography' charges.
The 'I Believe I Can Fly' star has pledged that he will go on tour after the trial is all over and done with, set for the road in October.
Kelly will face 21 counts of child porn and sex with an underage girl in the trial, which begins in Chicago on September 17. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Cole told MTV: "We're actually going on tour together in October. I love R Kelly. He's surpassed so much. I think people love someone that can go through things and overcome things. [A tour together] should be hot."
Kelly could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
