Hilton in new musical - Prisoner Cell Block H

Famous heiress Paris Hilton is apparently in talks in appearing in the musical version of Aussie soap 'Prisoner Cell Block H'.

The star of 'The Simple Life', who was reportedly arriving in Britain in January to take part in a new series of now axed 'Celebrity Big Brother', could be coming earlier as she wants to make her debut in the West End, and is so determined to do so, she is re-watching many classic episodes of the cult soap.

A show insider told the Daily Star: "There was a real buzz around the show when we thought we would get some well-known Aussie soap actors but Paris is a major coup.

"The casting agents actually didn't even think she'd try out but she swotted up with DVDs of the original show, that she had flown in especially."

They added: "Paris has been trying to get a West End stage show for a while."
