Owen Wilson's family won't let Kate Hudson near him

Troubled actor Owen Wilson, who was released from the hospital this week after he attempted to take his own life, was taken home where his family and friends are watching him “closely.” Reports suggest that his ex-girlfriend, actress Kate Hudson is trying to get in touch with him, but his family are refusing to let her talk to him.

Owen Wilson and Kate Hudson began dating earlier this year, but ended their relationship in June. Hudson is the alleged reason Wilson attempted suicide. Wilson’s family members won’t let the actress get in touch with him because they feel she is not “good for him.”

“Kate has been trying to get in touch with Owen and is distraught that the family doesn’t want her anywhere near him… She is very frustrated,” a source says. “[Owen’s family members] don’t think Kate is good for him.”
