Lindsay Lohan being sued over accident

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a guy called Raymundo Ortega, who is claiming that Lindsay was intoxicated when she crashed her Mercedes Benz in 2005. Lohan will go to trial for the incident on April 7.

Lohan’s lawyer, David J. Ozeran, insists that there is no evidence to prove his client was intoxicated.

“This case is about taking responsibility and she’s not taking responsibility,” said Robert G. Klein, Ortega’s lawyer.

The "Mean Girls" star was recently sentenced to one day in jail after she was charged twice for driving under the influence. She is currently in a rehab program in Utah.
