50 Cent announces UK tour
Badboy rapper 50 Cent has reassured fans that he is not quitting music.
50 Cent (Real name Curtis Jackson) canceled his entire European tour earlier this week, and is trying to make amens with his fans by announcing plans for a series of UK shows later this year.
A source close to the rapper said: "50 wants to go to Britain and perform tracks from his new 'Curtis' album for his UK fans. He doesn't want to let them down."
50 Cent is due to play eight concerts across the UK in November, including shows at the O2 arena in London.
Recently, there has been speculation over the future of 50's musical career - after rival rapper, Kanye West beat 50 to the top of the album charts this week, which then led to 50 Cent's rep revealing that he was postponing his European tour, saying: "50 Cent is very sad to confirm that due to a last-minute, unforeseen and unanticipated change in his schedule, he will have to postpone his European promotional trip scheduled to take place from September 18 to 25."
