Spice Girls lease Boeing 757 for tour

According to reports, the newly reformed 'Spice Girls' have leased a Boeing 757, which they've nicknamed 'Spice Force One' - and it'll be jetting them around the globe while they're on tour later this year.

The Daily Mail is reporting that the plane will be adorned with official Spice Girls reunion artwork – and inside it will have facilities including a creche and make-up parlor.

The Jet has been hired to transport Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell – plus their families, management, wardrobe and make-up assistants and bodyguards.

A source told the Daily Mail: "Spice Force One will be a flying palace"

'Spice force one' will also include a dining room, business center, state-of-the-art bathrooms, a media center and sleeping quarters.

The source added: "Along with the immediate entourage, the girls will have a team of chefs and nannies who will be on hand 24/7 to feed and look after all the VIPs on board."

The Spice Girls' reunion tour kicks off on December 2nd,  and will see the girls visit Vancouver, San Jose, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, Shanghai, Madrid, Beijing, London and Cape Town.

The Daily Mail also reports that, in addition to Spice Force One, the band have also set to hire two further jets – which have been dubbed Spice Force Two and Three – for their dancers, remaining staff, stage hands and equipment.

Sources say a budget of between £7million and £10million has been set aside to pay for the three planes.
