Pamela Anderson wished 'Much Happiness' from Kid Rock

October 10 2007

Kid Rock, former husband of Pamela Anderson, has some words of wisdom for Rick Soloman, the "now" husband of Anderson, basically saying that this advice was never offered to him - and therefore could enable the pair to have a happy life together - obviously trying to worm his way in to her affections.

"Why buy the cow, when you get the milk for free?" Rock, 36, said Monday on the Late Show with David Letterman.

As the in-studio audience groaned in response, the rocker said, "C'mon … lighten up."

"Exactly," said Letterman.

"I wish them much happiness," added the musician, sounding slightly glib about his ex's new marriage.

"And I think they will be," said Letterman, ever more archly.

40-year-old Pamela married for the third time in Las Vegas, to the man who is most famous for his sex tape with Paris Hilton, stick that in your pinny!

Ahh, and did we mention that Letterman also mentioned Kid's confrontation at a certain MTV Awards with Tommy Lee on September 9th, Tommy Lee being the ex-wife of Anderson too. Unbelievable.

Kid Rock muttered something about being "bullied around for so long" that he couldn't take it anymore, and Letterman asked if he expected legal trouble as a result of what took place.

"I hope not," said the rocker, "but [you] never can tell with this thing."
