David Hasselhoff hospitalised after relapse

'Baywatch' star David Hasselhoff has reportedly been hospitalized after suffering a relapse.

David, who reportedly entered rehab for alcoholism in 2001, 2002 and 2004 - checked himself into an unnamed clinic earlier this week - according to The Sun newspaper.

Judy Katz, a rep for the troubled star told TMZ.com: "David had a brief relapse and immediately recognised the importance of addressing it with the assistance of his doctors.

"He is doing fine and will be back home in the morning."

David, who decided to address his alcohol abuse issues earlier this year after his teenage daughter caught him on camera slurring his words while eating pizza during a drunken episode in a Las Vegas hotel said after the incident: "I am a recovering alcoholic. I have been dealing with my issue. Unfortunately, I did have a brief relapse, but part of recovery is relapse."
