Heather Mills won't let Paul McCartney gag her

It seems that divorce talks between Sir Paul McCartney and former wife Heather Mills have broken down - after Mills refused to be gagged.

And, according to reports - last night, the couple were said to be "at war".

39-year-old Mills, dubbed Mucca due to her porn past – turned down the ex-Beatle’s offer of $100million, made on the condition she did not talk about their four-year relationship.

And, according to The Sun newspaper, the former couple are now heading for a full-blown divorce hearing at the High Court in February to determine a settlement.

A legal source said: “Sir Paul wants a strict gagging clause. He has offered her £50million in a settlement if she agreed to keep quiet about their relationship. But she’s refusing to sign.”

Another source said: “At the moment it’s war.”

But Macca, 65, has not let hostilities stop him partying.

After talks broke down at the High Court on Thursday, he headed to a bash at a London art gallery where he chatted to Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow, 35, wife of Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin.
