A  former psychiatric patient who police believe had been stalking actress Uma Thurman was indicted on Thursday, six days after being arrested outside the actress' Greenwich Village home.

According to the New York Daily News, 35-year-old Jack Jordan was charged with attempted coercion, aggravated harassment and stalking. & was jailed on $10,000 bail after being accused of stalking Thurman for the past two years.

The accused is presently on suicide watch.

The judge also signed an order of protection that orders Jordan to stay away from Uma Thurman should he be released on bail.

NYDaily news also reports that according to a felony complaint by Detective Edward Yzaguirre, Jordon had previously made several attempts to contact or meet Thurman, the complaint said, he tried to get into her trailer while she was shooting in SoHo.

Jordon also tried to give Thurman letters and a bizarre drawing of Jordan walking on the edge of a razor blade and the "Pulp Fiction" star digging a grave for him, the complaint stated.

According to the complaint, one of the letters reads: "I feel afraid that if I see you out again with another man, I will want to kill myself, maybe even after we meet."

The complaint states Jordan's family had him involuntarily committed to a hospital for psychiatric treatment after they learned about his behavior. He was eventually released, but continued his alleged obsession with the actress.

In August this year, the complaint says, Jordan appeared repeatedly at Thurman's home, asking to see her and being told to leave.
