Lily Allen set to launch her own record label

Good girl, Lily, it's time you release your record label now.

Lily Allen is set to start a new career path by launching her own unique record label, similar to Britain's most successful artist Mel C.

Lily's spokesman confirmed: "A record label is definitely something she is looking at."

Allen recently parted ways from her label 'Empire Management' to embark on a different and fresh career path - suggesting she wants to 'go it alone'

A friend of Lily's said: "Lily spotted Kate Nash a while ago, and used her contacts in the industry to give her some exposure. She also encouraged Kate to use MySpace as a tool to get her music out there, and to write blogs to her fans."
