Paris Hilton feels "empty inside"
Since her brief sting in prison, Paris Hilton claims to have changed completely, and with a trip to Rwanda in the pipeline, the socialite is ready to show everyone what she's made of.
In a recent interview, the 26-year-old socialite told Newsweek: "There are a lot of bad people in L.A, before, my life was about having fun, going to parties—it was a fantasy. But when I had time to reflect, I felt empty inside. I want to leave a mark on the world."
Paris was also sure to tell the magazine that she's planning a trip to Rwanda next month with a children's charity, Playing for Good. She said: "I'm scared, yeah. I've heard it's really dangerous. I've never been on a trip like this before."
Hilton also spoke of the biggest misconception - that she is dumb. Paris admits she's fostered that impression, both on "The Simple Life" and in her everyday life. But she says that the breathy baby-doll thing is" just part oft the act".
