Lindsay Lohan ready to go back to work

Actress Lindsay Lohan has reportedly heading back to the film set after spending the summer in a Utah rehab facility.

The 'Mean Girls' actress obviously needs the extra cash, as recent reports are suggesting that Lohan is broke.

According to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, the young actress is due on set this week to film new dance film 'Dare to Love Me.' Lohan was in pre-production for the film when she was arrested for drunken-driving in July.

Despite only just checking out of her third stint in rehab, Lohan is returning to work almost immediately amid reports that she has blown a $7million fortune on drugs and alcohol.

Lindsay is said to be so broke that she can't afford her own place, and according to a source she has been forced to move in with a friend.

Her fast living has seen the star rack up massive bills, including:

• A million dollars on ONE hotel bill;

•  $137,500 on her rehab costs;

• And THOUSANDS more in legal fees following convictions for drink driving offenses.

Lohan arrived in LA over the weekend and had a low-key evening with friends on Sunday evening, seeing the movie Elizabeth: The Golden Age and visiting a tanning salon.

Lohan's mother Dina said her daughter is eager to get back to work, she told People magazine: "Lindsay is very happy and her life is back in control."
