Louis Walsh is set to reunite with 90s boyband Boyzone, as the successful pop group are going the same way as Take That and The Spice Girls.

Despite Ronan Keating enjoying a successful solo career, he has revealed that he wouldn't say no to a possible reunion with the other boys, including the gay one (Stephen Gately).

According to The Sun newspaper, the boys attended a meeting with their record label to get themselves back in the running.

A source commented: "Boyzone hope to do some gigs and have an album out in 2008."

An onlooker at the meeting said: "Ronan and the gang were all there laughing and having a great time."

i agree with you there

i agree with you there Gerard. Ronan is a has been, i was a Boyzone fan when i was young, i guess like all their fans. Would love to see a reunion for the kid in me. I think they could make a real go of it. Also why in your article do you say including the gay one (Stephen Gately). Like that matters???????

Paul, Ronan's career has

Paul, Ronan's career has been on the skids for the last four years easily. If you consider his solo career to be a pale immitation of Robbie's career, then Keating must be watching the Take That reunion with interest.

A Boyzone reunion could be just as successful as Take That's, and considering their replacements Westlife are still going strong, there's plenty of space in the market for them.
